"Built to Match the Build"

In one of Burlington’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, this newly completed home demanded hardscaping that could hold its own against a high-end build. The challenge wasn’t just aesthetics - mature trees needed protecting, longevity was non-negotiable, and a permeable solution was required to manage drainage without compromising the look. V.I.L. delivered a full-property hardscape package in natural stone and premium pavers that feels as considered and refined as the home itself.

Permeable Without Compromise

Preserving the mature trees meant designing a fully permeable driveway system from the ground up. Copthorne-style Town Hall pavers were laid in a classic herringbone pattern throughout, keeping the look timeless while allowing water to move through naturally. Function and form, fully aligned.

Banas Antique From Edge to Edge

Banas Antique natural stone was used as the banding and coping throughout the driveway and hardscape areas, lending a warm, old-world richness that contrasts beautifully against the clean herringbone field. The front and back porches were fully faced in natural stone, and the front pillars were detailed with stonework built to anchor a future gate installation.

Every Detail Considered

Curbing, porch facings, pillar stonework, and material transitions were all executed with the same level of precision and care as the broader design. This is a property where nothing was left to chance - and it shows from the moment you pull up to the street.
