Charlie and his team did a MAJOR overhaul of our... read more front yard. It involved removing trees, shrubs, boulders and then planting new trees, shrubs and sod. The job was not straightforward and there were alot of moving parts. His team had to make decisions on the spot and the end result is spectacular! All team members were pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked long days in cold November weather to get it done. I choose V.I.L. because when Charlie came to quote he really listened to our vision and even came back a couple of times to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. I had multiple quotes and many landscapers telling me what I wanted wasn't possible. V.I.L. made it happen!

It makes the world of difference when we go out the front door to see the wonderful work that has been done. Charlie, Shawn and Gabe who led the project are Just amazing! The crews that worked in our yard were extremely professional, prompt and cooperative. They worked hard each day they were here. Whenever I spoke with them they were very polite and explained exactly what they were doing. At the end of each day they cleaned up and put unused materials away neatly for the next day’s use. Charlie was very responsive and approachable - he provided a lot of really useful insight and advice, with Roman then being very helpful for planning out the works. His team were able to mobilise really quickly to meet a challenging timeframe. Taras and Stefan in particular worked incredibly hard to complete a huge amount of work every day. They worked with a high degree of professionalism and were really conscientious in getting the job done while also being very friendly and respectful of our space. They made sure to keep me regularly updated with how the work was going and if they encountered any issues, they always made sure to ask what my preference was before proceeding. They achieved what they set out to do each day and when the work was done, they made sure to clean up everything so that it was back to how they found it.
